Also known as our way to your doorstep, our shipping process is as breezy and luxurious as our silk chemises. We offer free shipping to many countries for a minimum order of two (2) pieces. Live elsewhere? Don't worry: We will ship to you for a small flat fee that you can see at Checkout.

When placing an order

We'll show you pictures of your orders and your receipt

When shipping your order

You'll receive your tracking number and a link to the courier service

When receiving your order
We'll confirm if you got your loot

Checking in after your purchase When we'll want to know how you feel about it Since we tailor each garment upon order (remember: luxury can't be rushed), we will need two (2) days to make the garment. You may expect to receive your moondaze goodies seven (7) working days after you place your order.

You'll receive your tracking number and the link to the tracking site when your garments are shipped. In the meantime, sip some tea, go party, find a date, live a little.

In case we didn't meet your expectations, we guarantee two things. First, we'll work harder and second, you may return your purchase at any time within 30 days from the time you receive your package. As soon as we receive it, we'll give back your credit with the same amount.

Just a teensy request on our end: Please return the items in original condition, unworn, and in the packaging provided. We reserve the right to refuse a return if returned in a worn condition.
